Privacy policy
Short version: we don't collect personal information, and we never see what you buy. The details are below.
No forms, no accounts
You can't sign up, log in, comment or join a mailing list here. Nothing on the site asks for your name, email or phone number, so we have none of it to store, sell or lose.
Hosting logs
Improve Hearing Naturally runs on Cloudflare. Its network records basic request data for every site it serves, such as IP address, browser and the address requested, and keeps it for a short time to block attacks and keep pages loading. We don't add analytics or tracking scripts to the pages; the only things we record ourselves are the anonymous visit recordings and the button click log described below. Cloudflare explains its handling in its privacy policy.
Fonts
Headings use a typeface served by Google Fonts. When a page opens, your browser fetches that font file from Google, which sees the request like any other web request. See Google's privacy policy for what it does with it.
When you click through to Audifort
Buttons that lead to the official Audifort page pass through ClickBank. ClickBank can drop a cookie in your browser at that point so that, if you order, the sale is credited to this site. Everything after that click, from your shipping address to your card number, goes to ClickBank and the seller under their own privacy terms. None of it comes back to us.
Button clicks
Pressing one of our buttons to the Audifort site creates a short record: the time, the page you were on, your browser and language, the country and network your connection comes from, and a one-way coded version of your IP address. It exists so we can filter out bots that click every link on the site. Nothing in it identifies you by name, and records older than 90 days are removed. To help with this, the page sets one small cookie (_hv) when you first scroll, tap or move the mouse. It only says that the page was used by a person and expires after 24 hours.
Visit recordings
A short script on each page records what a visit looks like: scrolls, taps and clicks, mouse movement, the page address, browser and screen size, and the rough location of the connection. Typed text is masked and never stored. We use the recordings to separate people from bots and to find pages that confuse readers. They are removed after roughly 14 days.
Kids
The site is written for adults. We don't knowingly collect anything from anyone under 13.
Updates
